Johnson’s Trigger Monkey Post of the Day – FBI Director James Comey is Dismissed

That’s the headline on Little Green Footballs, and as expected, Charles Johnson completely misrepresents the story. Here’s the letter of dismissal President Trump sent to FBI Director James Comey today.

Johnson’s response to this was obviously fed to him by others hoping for an LGF trigger monkey post, as the MSM also seems to be focusing on the second paragraph while ignoring the first.

“Trump’s pink slip to Comey says ‘I am not under investigation’ — which is totally false.”

– Charles Johnson 9 May 2017

and

“Here’s some more jaw-dropping information: they’re trying to claim Comey was fired over his handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. I seriously doubt that.”

– Charles Johnson 9 May 2017

Johnson linked to a twitter account that posted barely legible letters (from Attorney General Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein) that Trump referenced in his decision to replace James Comey.

Rosenstein’s analysis is damning, as it names names of those who believe that Comey was way out of line and breached protocol, including former Attorney General Eric Holder.

It’s not a partisan attack, Charles, it’s an attack on Comey’s apparent disregard for law, ethics and protocol due to political bias. Here’s a six-page downloadable .pdf that Johnson (and many others) didn’t bother to read [via]:

Comey was fired basically for over-stepping his role as FBI director and doing a crappy job AS FBI director.

    • Bunk X says:

Comey was fired for promoting his own biased opinions and attaching them to an unresolved investigation of corruption. Comey is neither stupid nor naive, and it appears that somebody got to him.

A couple of months ago, Keith (retweeted fatuously by Chunky) said they had all the goods on Trump to bring him down, throw him out of office and into jail. Wha’ happened? 😆

You’ve posted this exact thing at least 50 times since the inauguration. If Trump was coming apart at the seams as you’ve claimed, he’d be in fifty different zip codes by now. 😆

Paki is right. If anybody has a “liberal” twitter account, PLEASE start and keep badgering Cesca to have chuckles on. Let’s get this twitter catfight going ASAP.

Comey’s big mistakes: 1. letting the Russia nonsense go on too long. And 2. ignoring the illegal surveillance and unmasking of Trump’s people for purely political and non-national security reasons.

This should also signal to the left that they better think about backing down or their hero Clinton and her crooked team are going to be indicted. No law enforcement ever agreed with Comey’s bizarre assertions about “intent”. That’s not part of the Espionage Act.

LOL! After rage-tweeting all day yesterday about the President, impotent Fatso roles off the filthy couch and dully accuses Trump in a Tweet of doing the same. Poor Chunky. Leader of nothing, accomplisher of zilch, power over no one, possessor of nothing of value except a dusty guitar and an ancient Mac and a defunct GoFundMe account. Couldn’t even make it as a proggy sycophant.

As our great President would say “Very sad”.

Heh heh. Blumanderthal learns like many if you decide to attack Trump be prepared for your weaknesses to be laid bare. Whether it’s wearing glasses to look smart or being so soft spoken and wimpy no one could imagine you as President. In this case it was stolen valor. And it was repeated lies about being a marine in Vietnam when the creep was in the reserves stateside after 5 deferrments. Yet eager to stand in judgement and cast aspersions as long as everyone’s forgotten he’s a lying creep. But the Donald doesn’t forget.

Then Trump held up a red button that said Reset, which means Pull My Finger in Russian. Then whispered (idiotically thinking the mic is off) to Lavrov “Just be cool for now and don’t mention the eeing-pay on or-hays in Oscow-may. Later I’ll have all kinds of flexibility to give my buddy Puty and all the Ollygarks whatever they want”.

Poor Chunky. The impotent rage-Tweets just keep coming. It’s like he has the rage-Tweet flu and it’s coming out uncontrollably from both ends! And he tops it off with a rage podcast from the original irrelevant and forgotten Rage Boy himself. Keify Olberdouche!!!

Chunky’s following Keify’s business model by raging irrationally at everyone until he has no friends and no one’s listening anymore. And then concluding that the problem is he hasn’t raged irrationally enough.

The idea that suddenly the Feebs were about to nail Putin’s hide to the wall, right next to Trump’s, is going to become a myth for the ages. Such idiocy can only be marvelled at, and appreciated as an artifact of the most embarrassing time for “journalism” that has ever existed in this country.

    • Arachne says:

No he wasn’t, Fatso. Once again, you get it wrong. I know that you Libturds want to make this analogous to the “Saturday Night Massacre” by Nixon but they aren’t even remotely similar. NIXON wanted Archibald Cox fired. He called up the Attorney General. “Fire him!” AG refused and resigned. He called up the Deputy AG. “Fire him!” Deputy AG refuses and resigned (NOTE: They were not FIRED – they RESIGNED, as they were refusing a direct order from the President). Nixon then called the Solicitor General – Robert Bork – who said “the President has the power to fire Cox and has given me an order” and fired Cox.

In this case, DUMBSHIT, it was the Deputy AG and the AG that sent two letters to the PRESIDENT urging him to fire Comey. NOT the other way around.

And by the way, DOJ has unequivocally DENIED on the record that Comey asked for no such thing. And excuse me, but why would a source claiming this be afraid to come forward.

    • Arachne says:

Uh oh, Fatass – the No. 2 at the Bureau, a Democrat operative and under his OWN investigation, just testified before Congress that “Trump Had Every Right to Fire Comey.”
Damn, I’d assume that if he had the inside info on that stepping up the investigation, he’d have taken this opportunity to give his Democrat overlords something to hang their hats on. He’s not going to be promoted to the slot, and he’d have nothing to lose.

Or, you know, BOTH. This is why he’s desperate to block people who don’t agree with him,. like shit-for-brains Shannon Watts. Can’t let facts get in the way of their hysterical narrative. I laugh at all the libs who invade timelines saying “wait’ll Trump gets impeached! Wait’ll Trump is led out in handcuffs!”

You mean like G.W. Bush was impeached? Hey, in the last two years of his Presidency, both Houses were Democrat. Why didn’t they impeach?

You mean like Karl Rove was going to be led out in handcuffs – in – what was it? “24 business hours”?

Dream on kids. You got nuthin’ but a fairy tale.

        • dezes157 says:

Yeah, I fully expect both, and I would bet Chuck has blocked more people than follow him.

          • Arachne says:

I’m not all that convinced he hasn’t started “buying” followers and a service that retweets and likes him. He isn’t all that clever. And these services will only allow so many retweets and likes per day.

          • dezes157 says:

10 percent of his followers are flat out fakes, and a good portion of his followers are blank accounts. Blank accounts are a good sign of bought.
