Muslims in Texas are in danger!

Once a fierce critic of Islam, Shiplord Kirel is now one of its biggest apologists. In what is becoming a normal activity for him, Kirel goes on a rant claiming that Muslims in Texas are in danger.

Muslims in Danger Muslims in Danger2

This guy is crazy!

This nutjob has been calling for a religious war in Texas for some time now. I think the authorities should be notified, that he’s unstable and spoiling for a serious incident linked to religious paranoia.

This was in 2013 — there have been other paranoid rants since then.

LGF is a blog run by a shut in and read by shut ins. They believe any paranoid fantasy told by Charles and invent stories of their own. Shiplord Kirel aka Jimmy from Lubbock claims Christians are preparing to kill Muslims.

Jimmy needs to stop being a shut in and get out into the real world.

And isn’t ISIS training over the border, there, Shitload Kirel? Maybe you should familiarize yourself with Islam’s PLAN for the U.S. Andy McCarthy spelled it out in “The Grand Jihad.” Pam wasn’t wrong.

      • Daedalus says:

There’s no ISIS training camps in Mexico. That story has been debunked. ISIS recruits online and they have people here already. They probably have a cell in Lubbock.

    • OLT's It's Fucking BRIGHT Outside The Donkey Show says:

      Yep, there’s the beef.

Sheeplord is all worried about fantasy attacks, meanwhile real attacks occur and he blames the targets.

For the record, I don’t think you’re an idiot or dumb as a post.

Before you decide on that, maybe you should go look at what ‘justiceforall’ posted in the IVAW thread. Or the Al Jazeera thread.

Free Republic has shut down its string on this. “Reason: Enough,” says the moderator.
Looks like we’re it as far as class and decorum are concerned.
Charles has been vigilant here, to be sure, but so were the Freeper mods and those at lefty blogs. He just wasn’t overwhelmed by the verbal barbarism and they were.

I honestly think that Free Republic has been way too tolerant of extreme comments.

One reason I like this blog: Unlike many on the right, Charles is willing to stand up for evolution and science.

And unfortunately, you wouldn’t believe how much crap I receive for my position on evolution. What you see on LGF is only part of it.

    • Arachne says:

Oh spare us – “only part of it.” No one loves to play the whiney victim more than you. If you were being blasted with criticism, you’d be posting everything on the hour. Admit it, man – it’s over. Your pathetic fundraising is almost two weeks old and averaged $202 a day,

And dude, really – if there’s any group getting annoyed it’s people on your Twitter feed being asked for money every day. Hmmm….I wonder if the payment for the herd of bought followers is coming due. Like your rent/mortgage payment, PG&E, water, garbage, web hosting,…..

Even after the IRS takes their cut. 😆

Question that someone here might be able to answer.

Does GoFundMe have a time limit on its pages or is it open-ended?

I thought they give you a month to reach your goal but I’m not sure.

      • Pakimon says:

        Never mind.

I found the GoFundMe “selling points”.

        No deadlines or goal requirements

        Keep every donation you receive

        No penalties for missing goal

        It really is online panhandling.

Maybe Gus should start up a page. It would sure beat dumpster diving and providing “services” at the local truck stop. 😆

Sidenote: There are some really worthy causes at GoFundMe. Most of the people who have pages there aren’t panhandling frauds like The Corpulent Jazzy Ponytail™

      • Arachne says:

And I still wonder why he has “Arts” in the upper right hand corner of his GoFundMe page since his whole raison d’etre for the Page is to finance his blog.

      Oh, that’s right.

Chunkles wants you to wade into The Bog to get to the Jim Hoft article so he can collect blog hits.

I keep forgetting The Chunkster craves blog hits the way a crackhead craves crack.

And he wonders why his GoFundMe page has stalled out… 😆

And seriously, Tooty – please to explain what the hell we had a consulate for in an insignificant town like Benghazi anyway?

That way, when he insists on jumping in their timelines they could report him. Big no-no on Twitter now – getting in the timeline of someone who has blocked you.

Which is now why I understand big yellow egg from two weeks ago. If I had responded to him WITHOUT deleting Mr. Toot from the reply, he would have whined to Twitter that I was tweeting him after he blocked me. That’s how he’s attempting to get people. Have Egg account reply to tweet in a timeline – new version of the reply trap.

Anti-Science Climate Denier Caucus: 114th Congress

With a headline like that, you know it’s got to be good! 😆

After the warmest year in recorded history, a shocking number of congressional Republicans—more than 56 percent—continue to deny or question the science behind human-caused climate change. Here are the facts:

Ninety-seven percent of climate scientists agree that current human activity is contributing to the warming atmosphere and causing the global climate to change.

One hundred sixty-nine Republicans in the 114th Congress are on record questioning or denying the science behind climate change.

Fifty-three percent—or 131 members—of the House Republican caucus question or deny the science behind climate change.

Seventy percent—or 38 members—of the Senate Republican caucus question or deny the science behind climate change.

As Congress returns to the nation’s capital, the new Republican-controlled Congress has made it clear that it has no intention of prioritizing action on climate change. In fact, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and the new head of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK), have vowed to stop the Environmental Protection Agency’s, or EPA’s, attempt to curb carbon pollution and slow the devastating effects of climate change. For more information about climate deniers in the 114th Congress, see the following fact sheets on members of Congress from:
    North Carolina

Tiffany Germain is the Research Manager for the ThinkProgress War Room at the Center for American Progress Action Fund. Kristen Ellingboe is a Researcher for the ThinkProgress War Room.

They got the War Room on permanent war footing, and more made-up “facts” than you can shake a frozen hobo at. Ask Gus about what a warm year it’s been, if you need an expert opinion. He lost some toes this year and last.

    • trebob says:

So, Columbia is about what, $25K per year tuition? So this chick spends over $100K (of someone else’s money no doubt) and then wants to make it all about her.

      • OLT's It's Fucking BRIGHT Outside The Donkey Show says:

That’s about right for engineering, which is pretty high but not as high as I expected. I wouldn’t let my kid take engineering there, however. Not with this kind of shit being tolerated and promoted.

      • trebob says:

If I read the schedule correctly, that’s for the Visual Arts program which is what Emma “Mattress Back” Sulkowicz is majoring in. Engineering would probably cost more, but she’d at least be able to use leverage carrying the mattress or develop some sort of conveyance for it.

      • OLT's It's Fucking BRIGHT Outside The Donkey Show says:

They have a very detailed list of tuition costs online. Engineering undergrad was just under $25K for the year.

My daughter is spending less than that for a year including housing, food, fees, books, etc. right now at a state university. Still expensive.

Mattress Rape Protester spent more than $100k learning to be this truth-averse.

    • Arachne says:

And I’m still thinking that 5,000 of his followers are purchased.
Oh, and just for grits and shins, I checked over at the Freepathon – they’re at $56,000+ – 60% of the goal of $88,000. I believe they were at $43,000 last week at this time.

$13,000 in a week is more than Fatso’s total goal.

Actually I checked with a tax attorney in the office about GoFundMe funds being taxed – he says that the income from a GoFundMe campaign for personal use is a murky area. You are not a 501(c)(3) so it’s not tax deductible. IRS regs are constantly being re-written so it would not surprise him if the law changed so that you will need to declare it as income no matter WHAT you use it for. You are being GIVEN money and we all know that the gov’t wants its cut.

Now, that said, if Fatty says the money is to run his blog and to pay for it’s upkeep, it may be that any income generated from the blog is TAXABLE.

And actually – and don’t everybody faint at once at what I’m about to say – After some serious consideration – my earlier snark notwithstanding – I don’t believe anything raised on GoFundMe SHOULD be taxed – whether it’s for the Fatass Failing Blog or for Mr. Mossberg’s Medical Expenses. These are transactions between individuals wanting to support other individuals. And the government should have nothing to do with it. This is money that’s already been taxed in whatever form it was initially earned by the individual doing the giving.

And as always, your mileage may vary.

      • Because says:

Maybe he could use the money to incorporate LGF as a 501(c)(3). It sure worked out like gangbusters for the Clintons. Next thing you know, he’ll be delivering graduation speeches for community colleges for $300 a pop.

  36. Chunky's Missing Brain says:

Trey Gowdy crushes pointing out that the biggest obstacle to prosecuting crime in minority communities is getting witnesses to cooperate.

Gowdy, a former prosecutor, pressed hearing witness Northeastern University Professor Deborah Ramirez — who had spent her opening statement highlighting minority victims of police shootings and arguing that the death of a black man by police is seen as “more forgivable” than the death of a white man—about killings of police in Gowdy’s state of South Carolina.

Ramirez knew none of the names in Gowdy’s quiz.

“Professor, those are just a handful of the more than 340 police officers who were killed in the line of duty in South Carolina,” Gowdy said. “And Kevin Carper’s case is most instructive because his partner did CPR on the suspect that killed Kevin trying to save his life. Let me ask you another way.”

Gowdy then tested Ramirez on the names of victims of intra-racial murder. Again, the witness was not familiar with any of them.

“Those are all folks that were the victim of intra-racial homicides in South Carolina. and I hasten to add, there were not protest either with those police officer killings or any of the intra-racial killings, and I suspect you agree with me, professor, that all lives matter whether you’re killed by a police officer or your next door neighbor — you’re every bit as dead, aren’t you?” Gowdy said.

Mr. Toot can be counted on to make fun of Trey Gowdy’s hairdo.

The fascinating thing about progressive bloggers is that they hyperventilate over things that haven’t happened like Christian terrorism, global warming destroying the earth, take your pick, and minimize things that have actually happened. For instance the two Muslim, yes Muslim killers with body armor and AKs who actually did something violent and hateful, the progressive pigs were the noise everyone heard after the shots and before the ambulance sirens, trying their best do damage control and pretend it didn’t happen. Yet they are now reaching high whiny tones over violence they think will happen. Why would anyone donate?

I’ve come to believe that progressives purposely claim the opposite of what’s true. Overtime we who point at the obvious truth just get broken down and exhausted trying to refute it all. Ultimately they get their narrative and march around triumphantly with their pants off and any real truth becomes ignored by the majority. I believe that’s happening now in America.
