LGF has a poll on Syria

Charles is trying to have it both ways on Obama’s call for intervention in Syria. Most Progressives oppose intervention in Syria as do most on the Right. Charles does not want to give his Leftist enemies another rock to throw at him. But this is tempered by his love and support of Obama. He decided to do a poll and see which way the wind was blowing.

Poll on Syria

Charles is in a tight spot here.

  1. Octopus says:

Keep in mind, those are mostly fake votes. He doesn’t have anywhere near those kinds of numbers on his dead-ass blog. It’s hilarious that he is mental enough to spend the time to rig up a lie like this. 😆

  2. Octopus says:

There should be a musical choice, too. Something very “hip.”

  3. Al-Cheezeera says:

When Matt Drudge does a poll with the exact same question, 550,000 votes and counting. When Chunk does a poll? It’s 550,000 X 10^-5 votes.

  4. Doppel Milyo says:

ALL lizards having now voted, the poll is NOW CLOSED

    • Abu Milyo says:

Just as Fatasss plays it. Agree or be banned! Thankfully, he never, ever reads here. Otherwise he’d learn something and we’d have less material. Keeping Charles’s head up his ass gives DoD a future.

  5. Octopus says:

By this time the chemical weapons are all safely bunkered, as are any guilty parties. A bombing run now would just be for looks. Amused or annoyed looks, from anyone interested enough to pay attention to the feeble “limited wet-noodle lashing.”

    • Because crap says:

The logical thing to do is take it out on his buds in southern Lebanon. I’m sure that’s not on the table.

    • Al-Cheezeera says:

We have John Boehner, Barack Obama, Chuck Hagel, John McCain, Eric Cantor, John Kerry, and Nancy Pelosi all agreeing that this is in our national interest. When all seven of these creatures agree on something, we’re screwed.

    • Pakimon says:

      Thinking the same thing.

Saddam’s Assad’s chemical weapons are not only bunkered safely but in densely populated areas as well.

  6. beeeed says:

It’s missing the “I support threatening to blow everything to hell if red line is crossed, then cross red line and start talking about blue lines” option. That’s the one moi supports.

    • rightymouse says:

He’s such a liar. Of COURSE there’s spamming going on. LOLOLOl1

      • snowcrash says:

That in no way, shape or form resembles the results of any of the reliable opinion polls re Syria. He is either making stuff up or being trolled.

      • Octopus says:

He’s jiggering the poll, of course. Chunky has negative-integrity. The truth is not in him. He’s only lying, when his lips are moving, and his chins are waggling.

  9. snowcrash says:

Watched about 2 hours of John Doublespeak Kerry. He said with a straight face that the President isn’t asking us to go to war. Right hahahah. If someone lobbed a couple of tomahawk missiles at the USA we wouldn’t consider that an act of war? Cmon how stupid do they think we are. Voting no on Syria, but not at LGF thats for sure. I let my Congresscritter who is a pretty all right guy know my opinion.

  10. Pakimon says:

Oh Noes! Da Horror! Chunky demands to know why he isn’t playing Angry Birds! 😆

  11. Pakimon says:

    • Voltaire's Crack says:

Notice how the link is different? Hmmmm.

Do his redundant tweets = ignore that old link I sent a few minutes ago. Hit my website instead?

I wonder if this is a pattern with him.

      • Pakimon says:

Usually he’ll just keep tweeting the same LGF link over and over and over and over, etc. etc. ad nauseum. until the stalkerz notice and start mocking him about it.

Then he farts out a couple of hours of “RT”s and “NowPlaying” tweets while he plots his next “strategy”. 😆

    • rightymouse says:

Well, he DID wait 7 minutes between tweets!!!!

    • Pakimon says:

Chunky sez: Why go directly to the WaPo article when you can first go to my trainwreck of a blog and then click on the WaPo article link?

I have inane commentary and lots of malware and sex ads to amuse you! 😆

  12. Pakimon says:

I’m going to hazard a guess that anyone who follows Chunkles on Twitter is not very bright and a classic example of the “low information voter”.

  13. Pakimon says:

Has anyone ever explained ‘that an obese 60+ year old man sporting a ponytail looks like a complete assclown’ to Chunkles?

  14. JimboXL says:

Drudge has a poll running about 9% in favor of another war, which is pretty much consistent with other polls I’ve seen.

I just don’t see how after Iraq and Afghanistan that anyone except war profiteers and Obama worshipers would favor. War profiteering probably explains McCain and some of the other DOPes and Dims in Congress supporting war.

It’s almost surreal but unsurprising to see all these shriveled old petal-less flower children beating the war drums.

I have no doubt that the dumbest political party in the world, the DOPe, will bail out Obama and the Dims yet again and probably be blamed for the war when all is said and done.

  15. Pakimon says:

Since nobody gives a shit that McCain is playing poker on his Iphone while Kerry and Hagel drone on and on in a hilarious fashion, The Chunkster is going back to his old “standby”!

And what could that be, you ask?

    Creationists, of course. 😆

A plaintive bleat about Pam Gellar can’t be too far behind…. 😆

  16. snowcrash says:

What kinds of kooks and warmongers visit LGF? His polling numbers look nothing like WaPost and ABC News poll. I bet he will change them so his blog looks less fringe-y and more reliable.

  17. Doppel Milyo says:

    His latest poll

    Do you believe in Obama

    1. YES ____
    or
    2. I bid you adieu ____

sort of like when Saddam won 97% of the vote, and the electorate had a 3% fatality rate

  18. rightymouse says:

And when nobody is paying attention to your stupid tweets, you triple-down on teh stupid….

  19. Abu Milyo says:

Sorry if someone beat me to it – dinner awaits! – Charles has stopped using
    C) Ron Paul
    in his polls?

  20. Minnow says:

Hey everbody, didja know that “The Art of War” isn’t really about war!? Nope. It ain’t. It’s about a stupid elderly man with a pony tail and a distended gut who sits around and beats off every week or so.

  21. Octopus says:

I read “The Art Of War.” It’s all about war. I had a computer video game based on the book, that was all about war…it was war, fought against various historic generals. The more you knew of their respective military strategies, the better you would fare against them.

I guess what I’m saying is, Chunky’s comment that the book isn’t really about war, is one of the stupidest things ever said in public. We should be ringing a big bell, and cheering. Our Fatass has really outdone himself. 😆

Yes, there are some parts of the book that are more general in regards to human interaction, and might be applied to other areas of conflict besides gory battlefield slaughter. That’s also true of “Betty Crocker’s Cookbook,” which has served us well throughout our marriage, as it did both our mothers in their lives.

Rules of life, according to Betty Crocker:
    1. Bring the heat.
    2. Come equipped.

You won’t lose many wars with that strategy, in the jungle, desert or the boardroom. Also, your cookies will come out perfectly baked.

Next time, we’ll cover “The Hardy Boys” series, and how they are actually a blueprint for living the perfect life of adventure, fulfillment and killing foreign terrorists on American soil.

  22. Pakimon says:

Chunky’s “rewording” his poll question (right in the middle of taking the poll) to (he hopes) get the result he wants. 🙄

    The assclownery never ends… 😆

  23. Because No Racist Bombs says:

    • Octopus says:

Point taken, but bombs don’t always discriminate.

At least bombs aren’t racist, right, Fatass? Because Obomby would never do anything racist. He’s the post-racial preezy.

    NAILED IT!

I was going to say that they’d see what Charles current word salad is and vote for that.

Anyway what makes sense for this is to figure out where in Iran Assad is and bomb THERE.

Getting the “Supreme Leader” would save a million lives too.

    • Octopus says:

You’re really eager to see the Al Qaeda-linked bunch in power there, eh?

      • stabby says:

Yes, I’m part of the conspiracy.

I support Osama, Obama and Osamu (Tezuka)

      • Al-Cheezeera says:

Don’t think about what will happen when Assad is gone and the massive power vacuum that will occur – you’re ruining all the fun of getting us involved in a civil war in which we have no vested interest in supporting either side!

      • stabby says:

Anything that happens will be a clusterfuck.

If we do this right, then it’s a clusterfuck in a middle east where leaders are afraid of us and have a limit even if it’s a fucking symbolic one.

The other way, they have no fear and no limits.

I think we should screw them over good so the autocrats think twice before committing their next atrocity.

I’m taking the “bad kid” approach. Middle eastern leaders are bad kids who need to be spanked till they learn something.

      • Al-Cheezeera says:

ChunkStabby, this is the United States of America, not Super Nanny. Go over there yourself, take Charles Johnson with you, and put the fear of your ObamaGod into all of their Middle Eastern minds.

  28. LGFisputrid says:

Anybody notice Kerry essentially quoted Bush re the axis of evil today? Maybe instead of undermining his foreign policy the dems could’ve supported it then and avoided this mess?

    • stabby says:

Yes if course, if Dems supported Bush’s wars even harder (is that possible) then Sunnis would love Iran and the Baath party and they’d all join hands and sing in the spirit of peace and harmony. Damn those dems!

      • Octopus says:

You’re just babbling again, saying words. That’s great for 4chan, but not so great here.

      • Pakimon says:

I’d call it babbling as well but to be fair, stabby has his head jammed up his ass so it’s kinda muffled … 😆

      • Because Stabbs says:

    • stabby says:

I must have interrupted you explaining how Bush could have prevented the Syrian civil war if only the Dems had supported something or other.

      Do tell,

      • Pakimon says:

Actually, I think Octo interrupted you “gratifying yourself” to pictures of Obama and the corpulent ponytailed blogger or some such thing.

Do us a favor, don’t tell,

      • LGFisputrid says:

How about when the dems went to Syria to wine and dine Assad? Or the insistence that no force be used against Iran.

How about the way they’ve ignored Iran and Syria til now? Appeasement only lasts so long Stabby. Obama’z chickens are coming home to roost.

      • Octopus says:

        stabby :
I must have interrupted you explaining how Bush could have prevented the Syrian civil war if only the Dems had supported something or other.
        Do tell,

Bush had his two terms, and did what he did, against a gale-force wind of Dhimmicratic, Liberal-MSM and Hollywood revilement. Now the Unicorn Messiah, with those forces still blowing, only at his back, is doing what he thinks is the thing to do. History will decide which one did a better job. My money is on Bush, and I’ll give you 10-1 odds.

  29. Octopus says:

You’re kind of stupid, aren’t you?

    • Pakimon says:

It’s almost painful to watch, isn’t it?

It’s like Chunkles tried to have an ass abortion but the “fetus’ survived and we’re stuck with it. 😆

      • Octopus says:

That’s a bad image, but again, we have to live with it. It’s part of the gig.

I just feel like Stabby is a sandwich short of a picnic, or one of those metaphors for almost-there. It’s sad, because he tries.
        😦

      • LGFisputrid says:

He ❤ chunk again because he wants to blow up a building or two so we can pretend we’re finally doing something. Of course no one will ask Kerry why the fuck they didn’t blow up the troops getting to fire the sarin beforehand when we admittedly knew they were about to use chems.

I think we can all pretty much agree, the current atmosphere sucks. The TV shows are decent, the best ones at least, but the music, politics, economy and wars all suck. I’m going back to a better time, now. Less PC, and I was a lot younger. Comedy made me laugh more, then. Now, it’s more “rueful,” when I find something funny. Rueful sucks.
