Further evidence that the self proclaimed “lawhawk” if full of it

What law school  did he go to?

He may be a “lawhawk”, but he knows nothing about taxes!

Daedalus Addendum:

Calling someone a Chihuahua is now considered racist at LGF. How they reached that conclusion eludes me. Dark Falcon in a moment of sanity, called that conclusion ridiculous. Charles apparently down dinged him and he went all apologetic.

Dark_Falcon, Charles doesn’t care about you now and never will. You have a real father, go to him for emotional support, and stop looking to LGF as a substitute “family”,  remember what Charles Johnson did to his previous “family” (kicked them to the curb like a dog with fleas) – people who had shown him nothing but kindness and respect for years. You are not a stupid guy – find a job, make real friends, start a life for yourself (you are still young) and stay away from the embittered moonbat losers at LGF. No need for you to humble yourself before an unemployed, unstable, middle aged, and unexceptional man.

I’m just waiting for The Chunkster to offer a “moonbat-friendly” explanation of all this number crunching.

I’m sure he’s consulting with his “crack team” of bean Cheetos counters right now.

Much ado about nothing. What a yawnfest.
I want to see Harry Reid’s tax returns. We know how Romney became wealthy, but we have no clue how a career politician like Reid became wealthy. Cough up those returns, Harry!

    • dwells38 says:

Which goes to show too what an audacious thug he is. He injected himself into a national presidential election, calling one of the candidates a liar, a crook and a tax cheat, all while declining and refusing to disclose his own tax records and verification of income. I’m satisfied that this is a case of projection and that Harry Reid actually is a politician on the take whose entire fortune has been made by dirty and crooked means which he’ll do anything to hide. And yet he’s so stupid that he seems to think he can point the finger without people wondering what HE himself is hiding. Moron scumbag.

  4. garycooper says:

If there’s one thing proggie-moonbats can’t stand, besides working, it’s rich white men who give a ton of money to charity. Screws with the whole model. Unless it’s Kennedys, and the charities are related to baby-killing. Then it’s awesome.

  5. garycooper says:

    Lawhawk is a total fraud.

  6. Speranza says:

We can’t see Fat Fuck’s tax returns because he does not work and has no income.

If Obama has a resurgence of religious fervor, finds Jesus and is born again into Bryan Fischer’s church, imagine the fun that will bring. Stranger things have happened.

    And just for fun, RSM on David Frum’s attack on Michelle Malkin;

David, you’re wrong, and I don’t mean incorrect, I mean wrong.

You ought to apologize and re-think whatever the hell you were thinking that got you so far down this road, or else you’ll finish your career guest-blogging at Little Green Footballs.

  8. trebob says:

Let’s help them out, it’s so simple that even an LGF Lizard can understand it.

Look, the tax code is as much for social engineering as it is for revenue generation. The lizards should appreciate this as taxes on both liquor and cigarettes are increased when the government wants to discourage that kind of behavior. Likewise when the government wants to encourage a particular type of behavior, taxes may be decreased or even eliminated for activities related to that behavior. For example the mortgage interest deduction rewarding individual home ownership or the deductions for charitable giving, Another pertinent example would the government wanting to encourage folks to invest their money, so the government encourages this by having a lower tax rate on revenue earned from investments.

The government makes the tax code and the government determines what the rates and deductions are. Shouldn’t Romney be congratulated for investing and spending his money in ways the government, by its encouragement through the tax code, has essentially asked him to?

    • dwells38 says:

Unfortunately you’re trying to reason with people who’s understanding of economics is so infantile that they think criticizing a half-white black guy’s far left-wing political ideology from the standpoint of fiscal conservatism must be due to racism.

    • RTR's Rude Awakening says:

There’s also a more practical aspect to the “progressive” income tax. It’s a way of pinching the piggies that don’t squeal. Imagine trying to take 30% from somebody making $30k a year. It won’t fly.

Making it that way is a revenue maximizer. “Social justice” is a pretext.

  9. garycooper says:

NO! He’s just another in a long line of rich white robber barons plundering this continent and pushing starving grannies over cliffs, for their amusement. 😡

    9 Charles Johnson Fri, Sep 21, 2012 12:16:49pm

    report

His “charitable” contributions consist of tithing to the Mormon Church, and as I’ve discussed before I think it’s dishonest to call this charity because: 1) it’s required for Mormons to tithe, and 2) the Mormon church uses this money for lots of non-charitable things, like opposing gay marriage legislation.

Let’s ask Jeremiah Wright how much he got from Obama?
How much of that went to support gay marriage?
Let’s ask Mitt how much charity he funded in years he wasn’t running for president?
Let’s ask Barney Frank how much profit from his gay hookers went to charity. 🙂

Charlie, you’re a punk. A really dumb one.

    • garycooper says:

That’s the best spin the Left could come up with? 😆

    • trebob says:

Not a smart argument there is it? Charles, tithe equals 10% or for the Romneys in 2011 that would have been 1.37 million bucks. The gave over 4 million to charities or almost a third of their income. You look like a buffoon flailing around like that.

    • Voltaire's Crack says:

      A big bucket of wrong.

Tithing is 10% – well below Romney’s give rate.

Does Charles really think that 100% of church tithing goes to heterosexual marriage advocacy? Can he be that dumb?

Theology aside, they are known for many good works such as school-building and village infrastructure upgrades, etc.

Regardless, what comprises charitable giving is not defined by Chuck, it is defined by lawmakers. Thus, advocacy may make up a part of charitable giving. Why do you think the deduction is allowed, idjit? Is a contribution to Greenpeace or the Sierra Club a form of charitable giving? What about Planned Parenthood? Advocacy isn’t part of their repertoire, too?

There’s not a dunce-cap big enough to lay on that suet container he calls a head.

      • dwells38 says:

He’s just talking smack from ignorance. Charles is a Mormon hater. He hates them and therefore is a bigot by his own definition which he applied just the other day to the very well established and clear minded Pat Condell. He has no idea what good they do, and not interested anyway. As the old saying goes: What you’re not up on, you’re down on. That’s Chunkles for ya.

    • rightymouse says:

Does Charles offer the same critique over Harry Reid’s tithing as a Mormon? Oh, wait. We aren’t sure about Harry’s charitable contributions. Show us your returns, Harry!!!!!!!

    • dwells38 says:

Well it should be pretty simple and quick to post what percentage of LGF’s income goes to charity and which charities. Go ahead and put it out there big mouth. We’re waiting.

  11. garycooper says:

Ever notice how when middle-aged men turn from leftist-thinking to conservative thought, they get smarter, more rational, and engaged with real issues? Conversely, when the quasi-conservative slides back into moonbat-mode, they go all nutty-conspiracy, misogynistic and off the deep end on nearly every issue? I might be generalizing a bit, but it’s a phenomenon worth studying. I know it’s been studied before, but the science is not settled. 😉

  12. garycooper says:

Do you remember the self-defined Liberal MSM going hammer-and-tongs after John F’n Kerry for his financials? No, me neither. I guess some rich white men are off-limits, while others need to be pilloried. I wonder if it has something to do with their political affiliation.

    • rightymouse says:

Yeah! Come to think of it, the press was also awfully quiet about Edwards and his sordid affair & how he got his wealth from doing things like channeling dead babies. Do ya think the press was on their side in 2004? Does that mean the press is covering for Obama now?? 😯 Geez. 😆

    • Voltaire's Crack says:

And Romney (giggle) isn’t a Satanist either.

You have to admit, it’s a funny picture.

      • garycooper says:

Note: I would consider voting for the Antichrist, over Choom-Chair. At least we’d have a chance for a few years of prosperity, before the Deluge.

  13. haysoos says:

moaning and groaning about Romneys tax situation, ostensibly to better judge his leadership value, is the apex of hypocrisy…BO should be relentlessly pounded for his hidden documentation and that crooked fuck Reid should be pressured to come clean as well….all this phony transparency crap only illustrates how two faced people are

  15. garycooper says:

Reading through the tripe today, generated by the propaganda wing of the Democratic Party (the MSM), I was looking for the standard, predictable slant they always give to the Republicans during a national campaign. It’s all so boring and trite by now, but they keep at it, along with the late-night comics, the imbeciles at SNL and Comedy Central, and Hollywood chattering magpies. Right now, the drumbeat is on Romney as evil, as he supposedly conspired to defraud the government of his rightful taxes. Last week it was the other side of the coin, which is stupid, as they tried to paint his every word as a gaffe. They are having difficulty making either one of their usual memes fit Romney, and they won’t stick to Paul Ryan at all, so they’re getting really frustrated and shrill. “Old” is another of their pet memes, but it doesn’t work this year…pity.

Just to review their past coverage of Republican politicians:
Ronald Reagan: Old, stupid and evil
George H.W. Bush: Old, slightly evil
    Dan Quayle: Stupid
    Newt Gingrich: Evil
    Pat Buchanan: Evil
    Bob Dole: Old
    George W. Bush: Stupid
    Dick Cheney: Old, very evil
John McCain: Old, stupid about computers (so out of touch with the hipster-elites!)
    Sarah Palin: Stupid

It’s actually laughable that this is the only way they know how to attack the Republicans, especially this year. Who buys this shit? Oh, I know the cretins and lost moonbats eat it up, but they’re outnumbered, right? Not by a lot, but enough? There’s kind of a lot riding on it…

    • Zimriel says:

Palin was also dinged for being crazy and evil.

      • dwells38 says:

I know. Yet since then I’ve seen her on her reality TV show. OMG she’s beautiful, sexy, smart, well-humored, has character, personality, understanding…did I mentionbeautiful and sexy? That’s an awsome woman I don’t care what your politics. Only a dimwitted, emasculated liberal man who calls the exquisite goddess, Ann Coulter Man Coulter could find her unappealing.

      • rightymouse says:

Amazing, ain’t it? Yet when Obama and Biden say something truly dumbass/stupid/ignorant, we get ‘crickets’ or excuses from the very same people who crucify Republicans for lesser infractions or put words/dog whistles in their mouths.

      • garycooper says:

I started watching her show because I’m semi-obsessed with Alaska, and ended up falling a little in love with Sarah, too. She’s a smart, ambitious, hard-working conservative woman who’s raising a fine family, and her enemies hate her for all of it. She’s also an attractive woman, but that’s not something I notice, as a happily married man.

    • dwells38 says:

Didn’t know your age but heard about the leg. That’s gotta build some character right there and my hat’s off. I’m a lucky puss in comparison. Good luck Haysoos. As Red Green says, keep your stick on the ice and we’re pullin’ for you. 🙂

    • JimboXL says:

That poster is almost like the Mitt Romney of LGF, somewhat tepid, never really attacks the man in charge and usually backs away from any comments that may upset the leadership.

Now speaking of Romney, the dims and Dims are now attacking because he paid too much? The question is, will 99.9 percent of Dims now accept attacking him for paying too much or is there some hope that only 99.5 percent of Dims will get on board with this.

Meanwhile Obama cronie company GE (now) under Jeff paid zero taxes? What was the agreement between BO and Jeff GE? Both should resign.

As as far as the Asspimple from Culver City goes – the fact that Romney gave to the Mormon Church is as much charity as anything else – or have you investigated what the Mormon Church does? It uses tithe funds to take care of their members – if you lose your job and in danger of losing your home or need funds to get by – you church steps in to help.

I realize the Asspimple has no use for people who believe in God or belong to a church (and since over 90% of Black people do, I call racism on Charles Johnson), I’d say he has no fucking idea what religious groups do with the money – my guess is that a pot load of it goes to good works.

Tell me Chuck – how much of that fucking cookbook money of yours made it’s way to the “wounded warriors” – we’d like a dollar amount.

Oh, and lawhawk you fucking imbecile — Romney’s money is made via capital gains – taxed at 15%. Must really piss you and the rest of the moonbat shitheads that he really is a decent guy despite your attempts to paint him as the anti-Christ.
